Fill cocktail shaker with - ice half the way
60ml sparkling water
60ml ginger beer
15ml lemon juice
15ml Lola Rose Rroot Tea
1 tsp beetroot powder
1 egg white or aquafaba (chickpea broth)
2 drops Damania tincture (optional)
30ml tequila and mix
Rim the serving glass with cane sugar and rose powder mixture
Pour mixture from shaker to glass and garnish with rose petals to serve.
