  • Fill cocktail shaker with - ice half the way
  • 60ml sparkling water
  • 60ml ginger beer
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml Lola Rose Rroot Tea
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • 1 egg white or aquafaba (chickpea broth)
  • 2 drops Damania tincture (optional)
  • 30ml tequila and mix
  • Rim the serving glass with cane sugar and rose powder mixture
  • Pour mixture from shaker to glass and garnish with rose petals to serve.
